Internal invoicing
On the Essential plan, an administrator chooses who can prepare invoices by giving selected users Submit Invoice access. Those users create requests from approved work inside the same organization.
Authorized team members can prepare internal invoices, while vendor sub-accounts can send invoices to their parent organization. Both begin with approved timesheets, so the hours behind every request remain clear and trustworthy.

On the Turbo plan, a sub-account administrator prepares an invoice from approved vendor work and sends it directly to the parent organization for review.

One source of truthBuilt for speed and accuracy
Approved work is already available inside HourOps, so an authorized user can prepare a request in a few clicks instead of copying the month into another spreadsheet.
Choose the billing month and HourOps gathers eligible approved timesheet entries, groups them by project, and selects them by default. Exclude any project or task that should be billed separately.
Apply one hourly rate across a project or expand it and set separate task rates. Each line shows the approved hours, rate, and calculated amount before submission.
Select the currency, then add an optional discount, additional charge, and supporting descriptions. Tax can be entered as a percentage or fixed amount, with an optional tax name, registration number, tax note, and invoice notes.
Billing integrity
The approved timesheet is the source of truth, not a manually entered total. HourOps keeps the invoice connected to the projects, tasks, and hours behind it while protecting each organization's private workspace.
Use project or task rates, add the required invoice details, avoid duplicate billing, and keep approvals and corrections in one clear history.
