What your HourOps plan includes
A paid plan gives your organization access to the hosted HourOps workforce-management platform. Depending on the plan you select, this includes tools for timesheets, leave management, projects and tasks, custom roles and permissions, the AI Assistant, and vendor or contractor sub-accounts. Plan limits, seat allowances, and available add-ons are shown above and apply to the configuration you purchase.
The Free plan does not require a credit card and includes up to 3 active users, 3 projects, and 15 tasks per project. It does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. You must actively choose and confirm a paid plan before any paid billing begins.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Seat increases take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle; seat decreases apply at the next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Refund eligibility is limited to new subscriptions requested within 7 days of starting the plan.

What is a Sub-account?
A sub-account allows you to isolate contractor, vendor, or specific partner workspaces from your core corporate workspace. This guarantees strict logical data segregation so vendors cannot view employee logs or details, even though everything resides under the same billable organization. Learn more
Can I try the sub-account feature on the Free plan?
Sub-accounts are not included in the Free plan. If you would like to explore the sub-account workflow before subscribing to Turbo or Enterprise, please contact support@hourops.com. We'll be happy to talk through your use case and help you evaluate the right plan.
How do the extra sub-account fees work?
On the Turbo plan, you receive 3 sub-accounts for free. If you need more, you can add up to 7 more sub-accounts (totaling 10) at a flat fee of $3 per month per extra sub-account. On the Enterprise plan, 10 sub-accounts are included, and you can purchase up to 10 more (totaling 20) at the same $3/month rate.
What does a dedicated database instance mean?
For our Enterprise tier, we provision an isolated PostgreSQL instance exclusively for your organization. This completely removes your data from the shared database cluster, fulfilling rigorous IT security compliance policies for corporate environments.
Are there any setup fees?
There are absolutely no setup fees for our Free, Essential, or Turbo plans. The Enterprise plan has a base infrastructure fee of $200/month to cover the cost of spinning up and maintaining dedicated server nodes and isolated database hardware.
