1. Enterprise Security & Compliance

You agree to use our platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR. We guarantee that your data is handled with strict compliance, but you remain responsible for the lawful collection and input of any workforce data into the platform.

2Tenant-Level Data Guarantees

We provide our services using a strict data isolation policy at the database level.

  • Security Architecture: HourOps enforces rigorous tenant-level validations on every request.
  • Mutual Responsibility: While we secure the infrastructure and guarantee data isolation, you are responsible for appropriately configuring your custom roles and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) scopes to prevent internal misuse.
  • Sub-Accounts: If you utilize the MULTI MAX plan to provision vendor sub-accounts, you are responsible for managing their access scopes and ensuring their compliance with these terms.

3. Data Integrity & Availability

All our user data is safe.However, the availability of the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We utilize strict Row-Level Security (RLS) and secure backup mechanisms to prevent data loss, but we encourage enterprise users to perform regular exports of timesheets and leave records.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

To maintain the integrity of our secure environment, you must not:

  • Attempt to bypass our tenant-level validations or security mechanisms.
  • Use the platform to store malicious software or illegal content.
  • Interfere with the performance or availability of the HourOps infrastructure.
