HourOps use case

Move employee time from entry to approval with its work context intact.

HourOps connects a timesheet entry to the employee, project and task behind it. Employees submit their own time, authorized reviewers decide, and only approved work moves into downstream invoice preparation.

Limit entry to assigned tasks
Support manager and administrator review
Preserve correction history
Use approved time as a billing source

Inside HourOps

How HourOps supports this workflow

Start with assignment

An employee records time against a project task they are assigned. The entry remains connected to planned work.

Submit work for review

Completed entries are submitted through the timesheet process. Reporting structure and reviewer scopes determine who can act.

Approve or return for correction

Authorized reviewers approve or reject submitted work. Recall and history support corrections without losing operating context.

Use the approved result

Approved hours feed relevant reports and Work to Invoice. An entry cannot be included in multiple open invoice requests.
